2. Delivery and connection data
Delivering this website requires technical connection data, potentially including IP address, time, requested URL, status code, browser information and referrer. Processing supports delivery, reliability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with a legitimate interest in a secure, accessible information service.
3. Hosting
This website is delivered using ChatGPT Sites infrastructure involving OpenAI and Cloudflare. These providers may process necessary connection data. Our page content does not integrate analytics or marketing services. The platform providers explain their processing in their privacy notices.

4. Search, cookies and storage
Guide search filters cards already present in the browser. This function does not send search terms to a search service or store them in cookies or local storage. The selected topic may appear as a URL parameter and therefore be part of a page request. Language changes use ordinary links. Our code does not integrate analytics, marketing cookies or tracking pixels, so we do not display a consent dialogue for those services. The technical check observed the Cloudflare cookie __cf_bm (Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=None). According to Cloudflare, it supports bot protection and expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. Strictly necessary terminal access may fall under section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; associated processing serves the legitimate security interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. It is not a marketing analytics integration added by us.
5. Images, fonts and external links
Illustrations and styles load from this website, and fonts use your device. We embed no external font files, videos or shop images. External sources and shop pages open when a link is followed; their own privacy notices apply.

6. Contact and retention
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information to respond. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contract-related requests and Article 6(1)(f) to other enquiries. Data is retained for its purpose as long as handling the enquiry or legal obligations require. Platform connection logs follow the hosting provider’s processes; we do not assert a uniform deletion period here.
7. Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where consent is used, it can be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including where you live or work or where a suspected violation occurred. The authority for the operator’s location is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
